Brief description
First regional maritime agreement, the Djibouti Code of Conduct (DCoC) is a very important step in terms of regional cooperation as a condition to further support projects in terms of maritime capacity building. The DCoC includes communication tools to enhance maritime cooperation between the signatory countries.
